Why Talk It Out Services
Sometimes life feels overwhelming.
Sometimes we don't know where to start.
Sometimes we just need someone who will listen.
The name Talk It Out comes from a simple belief: meaningful change often begins with a conversation.
Whether it's helping a child find their voice, supporting a teenager through life's challenges, guiding a family through change, or helping an adult navigate anxiety, grief or uncertainty, every journey starts the same way...
By talking it out.
We created Talk It Out Services to be a place where people feel genuinely welcomed, heard and supported. A place where evidence-based care is delivered with warmth, compassion and understanding.
Because no matter where you're starting from, you don't have to face it alone.

Elizabeta is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar and completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Flinders University. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Schema Therapy.
Elizabeta works with adolescents aged 15 and over and adults experiencing a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, depression, grief, stress and burnout, difficulties with self-esteem and self-worth, relationship and friendship challenges, work-related difficulties, and school or university concerns.
Reaching out for psychological support can be difficult, and choosing to see a psychologist can take courage. You may be experiencing anxiety, struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful, or simply have a sense that something isn’t quite right without knowing exactly why. Whatever brings you to therapy, Elizabeta aims to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood and supported to work towards meaningful change.
Elizabeta views therapy as a collaborative process. She works with each person to develop a clearer understanding of their experiences, explore patterns that may be contributing to their difficulties, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change. Recognising that there is no single therapeutic approach that suits everyone, Elizabeta draws from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailors therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals and circumstances.
